NYC Executive Chauffeur covers all the major metropolitan areas in the USA, and we have a reputable global network with partners in more than 50 countries around the world. We provide seamless Chauffeur service to all our clients, whether for executive travel in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco, or overseas.

Waiting time is the time interval from the scheduled time of the pickup to the time the passenger enters the vehicle, for flat rate trips. City Cruise offers a complimentary waiting period, after which the waiting time is converted into a waiting time fee. This ensures that the chauffeur is not engaged in an ambivalent form of waiting while the passenger is on their way to the vehicle.

Every City Cruise chauffeur is required to go through a selection and training process. This includes a Full Background check and drug testing, as well as Classroom and on-the-road training for over 60 hours and maintaining our standards through annual recertification. Moreover, our vehicles come equipped with GPS and real-time tracking devices. Service partners in our network undergo background checks to ensure safety, insurance compliance, and adherence to vehicle standards. 

This is the charge that one pays for the vehicle that picks up the passenger, goes to the designated pickup point, and then drops off the passenger. Charges vary depending on the type of vehicle and the distance traveled.

Tolls and parking fees are charged at actual cost and included on your invoice. We believe there are no hidden fees.

Flat rates are fixed charges for standard routes, such as transfers to the airport or travel from one city to another. This type of route charge calculates the cost of the trip only and eliminates the worry of hourly charges. 

Base fare is the minimum charge that a passenger has to pay to start the trip. This includes tolls, parking, and unique requests. 

 In cases where the flat rate does not apply, City Cruise offers time-based billing (also known as hourly or as directed). This occurs when the trip does not qualify for a flat rate. Billing occurs for the time that the chauffeur and vehicle are at your service, including the time spent positioning the vehicle. 

Yes. We offer child seats for a nominal fee, ensuring that young travelers are well cared for.

It is a common practice in certain jurisdictions to apply sales tax and surcharge fees. NYC VIP Black Car passes on these costs at regulated rates to provide transparency, which is demonstrated on your receipt.

Accessibility, Promotions & Discounts

Yes. We believe in accessible travel. WAV is available in certain cities and can be booked online, through our app, or via phone. Please let us know if you will need a WAV for your trip, and we will ensure that the right vehicle is sent to you.

Now and then, NYC Executive Chauffeur will run certain promotions with discounts. Only one promo code is allowed for each booking, and it must be entered at the payment page. To find out more, please make sure you receive our email or have our mobile app with notifications turned on.

Privacy & Receipts

Receipts are sent automatically via email after each completed ride. Business travelers are also able to view receipts on their accounts for the last 12 months.
