Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 20th, 2025
I. Introduction and Agreement
1. Introduction and Billing
NYC Executive Chauffeur is a cashless, reservation-based transportation coordination service. We proudly deliver premium rides with transparent pricing and no hidden fees, through a trusted network of licensed and insured affiliate chauffeurs.
By accessing our website, mobile applications, or booking a ride, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services. Your use of NYC Executive Chauffeur’s platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
II. Service Overview
2. Who We Are
We connect clients with professional, licensed, and insured limousine and chauffeur operators (“Affiliates”) across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and New England. We do not own vehicles or directly employ drivers. All rides are fulfilled by third-party providers selected based on location, vehicle type, availability, and service standards.
3. Affiliate Standards
All affiliate providers must maintain valid operating licenses, commercial insurance, and comply with all applicable transportation laws. NYC Executive Chauffeur reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates who fail to meet these standards.
III. Booking and Payment
4. Booking and Payment
Reservations may be made via our website, mobile apps, or by phone. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and offer corporate billing options. Pricing may vary depending on location, vehicle type, and service duration. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, wait time, or special requests. Receipts are issued after each completed trip.
5. Taxes and Regulatory Fees
All quoted fares are exclusive of applicable taxes, surcharges, and regulatory fees unless otherwise stated. These charges will be itemized on your receipt and billed to the payment method on file.
6. Receipts and Billing Disputes
Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing to support@nycexecutivechauffeur.com within seven calendar days of receipt. Disputes submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
7. Charge Authorization and Post-Trip Adjustments
If additional charges are incurred during the trip—such as wait time, tolls, stops, or cleaning fees—they will be billed to the card on file after service completion. Any overcharges will be refunded within seven business days.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in cases of service failure, overcharges, or cancellations made within the permitted window. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review. Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days.
IV. Pricing and Scheduling
9. Holiday and Late-Night Surcharges
A 10% surcharge may apply on major U.S. holidays. Pickups scheduled between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM may also incur a late-night service fee.
10. Peak Hours and Special Events Pricing
Dynamic pricing may apply during peak hours (6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM) and special events (e.g., New Year’s Eve, concerts, parades). Pricing adjustments will be disclosed at the time of booking.
11. Hourly Service Radius
Hourly service rates apply within a 30-mile radius of the pickup location. Travel beyond this radius may be billed as a point-to-point transfer or incur additional mileage charges.
12. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to expiration, availability, and may not be combined. NYC Executive Chauffeur reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
V. Reservation Policies
13. Reservation Confirmation and Cancellation Window
A reservation is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is issued. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid fees. Late cancellations may incur up to 100% of the trip cost.
14. Last-Minute Booking Terms
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of confirmation. These bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
15. Changes to Reservations
To modify an existing reservation, contact our customer service team. We’ll confirm your original booking and updated details. For last-minute changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
16. No-Show Policy
If a passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, the ride will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee equal to the full trip cost plus a 7% service and transaction charge (STC) will apply. Additional wait time charges may also be incurred.
