Affiliate Partner Application

NYC Executive Chauffeur partners with licensed professional chauffeured transportation operators of every size — from single owner-operators to multi-driver fleets worldwide.
Acceptance requires vetting, approval, and signing the NYC Executive Chauffeur Affiliate Partner Agreement.
All inter-company payments are settled in USD. Affiliates are paid net-15 per completed trip.
Required for every driver: photo of driver license · employment classification · SSN/SIN (US/Canada) or W-8BEN (international) · or EIN with W-9 if operating as an independent company.
Required per vehicle: proof of commercial insurance and current registration.
We respond within five business days of receiving a complete application.

For each driver classified as an independent contractor, I confirm that driver is properly classified under applicable labor law. NYC Executive Chauffeur does not employ these drivers and bears no employer obligations.

If accepted, I will sign the NYC Executive Chauffeur Affiliate Partner Agreement before receiving any bookings. I will notify BCR within 48 hours of any change to my licensing, insurance, fleet, driver roster, or driver tax classification.
